Others are about slowing down enough to gain clarity.
Sometimes, that is the goal.

A one-off session to talk through whatever feels most present right now. A decision, a change, or something you just can't work out on your own.
Available as a 60 or 90 minute session.

Nine sessions to reconnect with yourself, get clear on what you want, and start building the life that feels genuinely yours.
