Coaching with me is a place to think out loud, untangle what's going on, and figure out together how to move forward.
Most women arrive feeling stuck, flat, or unsure what the next chapter looks like.
You don't need it all figured out. That's exactly where we start.
Thoughtful, forward-moving coaching.
At your pace, in your way.
Who is this for?
For the woman who is holding everything together except her own desires.
Quietly disconnected from what she actually wants.
She's built a good life by most measures, done what was expected, been who everyone needed her to be.
And somewhere along the way, lost sight of herself.
Maybe you've journaled, Googled, had the same conversation with yourself on repeat. But the clarity hasn't come.
That question keeps coming back:
Is this how I want my life to feel?
A space that is yours.
Coaching is a space to be honest with yourself, maybe for the first time in a while.
Not with friends who worry about you. Not with family who have opinions.
Just you, your thoughts and someone who is completely neutral, non-judgmental, and with no stake in what you decide.
It's a place to say what you actually want, or don't want, without fear of judgement or unwanted advice.
Coaching is not therapy. It's not advice. It's not someone telling you what to do or who to be.
Sometimes you don't know what you think until you say it out loud.
Coaching goes deeper than conversation. It helps you see things you've been too close to notice, and move forward in ways that feel genuinely yours.
What you take away.
It's a step towards Self-Leadership, understanding yourself better, making intentional decisions, and starting to lead your own life instead of living on autopilot.
Clarity, on what you actually want and what's been holding you back.
Forward movement, not pushed but chosen. At your pace, on your terms.
Accountability, someone to help you keep the momentum going.
The more of yourself you bring, the more you will take away.
Find out how we work together
Part of coaching is being heard differently. I'll listen to what you say and what you don't, and gently reflect back what I notice. Patterns often emerge that you haven't been able to see from the inside.
Questions often asked.
Do I need to know what I want before I start? No. A lot of people come to coaching precisely because they don't know what they want, or they've lost touch with it. That's often the whole starting point.
What does coaching actually involve? Each session is a one on one conversation, held on Zoom, where we focus on what matters most to you right now. I ask questions, you think out loud, and together we explore where you are now and where you want to be. Just honest reflection, fresh perspective, and clarity where to go next.
What's the difference between the packages? It comes down to how much time and depth you want. Reset is short and focused, good for a specific question or decision. Momentum gives you more room to explore and start making changes. Next Chapter is for when you're ready to rethink things more fundamentally. Not sure which fits? Start with a Curiosity Call.
How often do we meet? Fortnightly is the default rhythm for all packages. It gives you enough time between sessions to reflect and try things out, without losing momentum. If that doesn't suit your schedule we can discuss what works best for you.
What qualifications do you have? I am a certified coach, trained with Optimus Coach Academy, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. The ICF is the globally recognised standard in professional coaching, so you can be confident the approach is grounded in proper training and ethics.
How is coaching different from therapy? Therapy tends to look back, working through past experiences and how they shaped you. Coaching looks forward. We start from where you are now and focus on where you want to get to. If something from the past comes up and feels relevant, we can acknowledge it, but the work stays rooted in the present and future.
Will you tell me what to do? No. The answers come from you, not me. My job is to ask the right questions and help you think more clearly.
Is Coaching confidential? Yes, absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. The only exceptions are if there's a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, as is standard practice. I work in line with ICF standards and ethics.
What results do you guarantee? Coaching can be very effective, but outcomes depend on your commitment and action you take. My job is to give you a focused, honest space to think clearly and challenge what's holding you back. Ultimately the results are yours to create.
What if life gets busy and I need to pause? Life happens, and there is some flexibility built into the packages. That said, consistency is a big part of what makes coaching work, so we'd always try to keep the momentum going rather than stop and start.
