FOR THE MUM WHOSE CHILDREN ARE GROWING UP AND WHO IS READY TO START CHOOSING WHAT SHE WANTS FROM THIS NEXT CHAPTER.

Who is this for?

This is for the mum whose children are becoming more independent, and who is finding that the life she built around everyone else is starting to look different now.

The children still need you - just differently now. And the days that used to be full to the edges have a quietness to them that is unfamiliar.  And instead of feeling relieved, you feel a bit uncertain about what comes next.

Nothing has gone wrong. But for the first time in a long time, there is space to ask what you want - and that question is harder to answer than you expected.

What brings most women here.

For years, the role itself gave you direction. There was always somewhere to be, someone who needed you something that had to be done. You didn't need to ask what you wanted because the answer was built into your days

Now that's changing .

Maybe you have a career that used to fit around family life but now feels like it belongs to a version of you that no longer quite fits. Or one you have time for now, but realise you no longer want in the same way.

Maybe you are still showing up to the same social plans, the same routines, the same Tuesday morning coffee with the same people - and coming home wondering why none of it quite lands the way it used to.

Maybe you know what you want but feel guilty saying it out loud, like wanting something for yourself is somehow taking from someone else.

Either way, you just want to feel like you are choosing your life, rather than moving through it.

What coaching with me looks like.

Coaching is a space to think out loud, without worrying about what anyone else will think.

Not friends who care about you but have opinions. Not family who mean well but have their own ideas about what you should do. Just you, your thoughts, and someone who is completely neutral with no stake in what you decide.

We slow things down. We get curious about what is going on for you. We ask the questions you have not had the space to sit with, and we work out what you want from this next chapter - not what looks right on paper, but what feels right for you.

This is not advice, I will not tell you what to do or who to be. But I will ask the questions that will help you work it out for yourself.

What changes.

Women I work with go from going through the motions to feeling like they are making deliberate choices about how they spend their time.

From saying yes out of habit to knowing what they want to say yes to.

They go from feeling guilty about putting themselves first, to understanding that taking care of themselves is not selfish - it is how they show up better for everything else too.

From not knowing what they enjoy anymore, to having a genuine sense of what matters to them now.

From making decisions based on what everyone else expects, to making decisions that feel like theirs.

Ready to Start?

We'll explore where you are, what's on your mind, and whether coaching feels like the right next step for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out, most people don't.

It's just a conversation - no pressure, no commitment - to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Questions often asked.

Do I need to know what I want before I start? No. A lot of people come to coaching precisely because they don't know what they want, or they're not sure what they want yet. That's often the whole starting point.

What does coaching actually involve? Each session is a one on one conversation, held on Zoom, where we focus on what matters most to you right now. I ask questions, you think out loud, and together we explore where you are now and where you want to be. Just honest reflection, fresh perspective, and clarity on where to go next.

What's the difference between the packages? It comes down to how much time and depth you want. Reset is short and focused, good for a specific question or decision. Momentum gives you more room to explore and start making changes. Next Chapter is for when you're ready to rethink things more fundamentally. Not sure which fits? Start with a Curiosity Call.

How often do we meet? Fortnightly is the default rhythm for all packages. It gives you enough time between sessions to reflect and try things out, without losing momentum. If that doesn't suit your schedule we can discuss what works best for you.

What qualifications do you have? I am a certified coach, trained with Optimus Coach Academy, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. The ICF is the globally recognised standard in professional coaching, so you can be confident the approach is grounded in proper training and ethics.

How is coaching different from therapy? Therapy tends to look back, working through past experiences and how they shaped you. Coaching looks forward. We start from where you are now and focus on where you want to get to. If something from the past comes up and feels relevant, we can acknowledge it, but the work stays rooted in the present and future.

Will you tell me what to do? No. The answers come from you, not me. My job is to ask the right questions and help you think more clearly.

Is Coaching confidential? Yes, absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. The only exceptions are if there's a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, as is standard practice. I work in line with ICF standards and ethics.

What results do you guarantee? Coaching can be very effective, but outcomes depend on your commitment and action you take. My job is to give you a focused, honest space to think clearly and challenge how you're thinking about things.. Ultimately the results are yours to create.

What if life gets busy and I need to pause? Life happens, and there is some flexibility built into the packages. That said, consistency is a big part of what makes coaching work, so we'd always try to keep the momentum going rather than stop and start.
